Positive: It was delicios, tipically italian breakfast and which I liked more was a cornetto filled with a special cream, and of course an expresso at the end. The hotel is located in a good pozition, from there you have easy access to the main road to go to work and just 10 minutes to the beach. Very convenient location in the area for you to stay.
Negative: The tempeature outside went up to 39. Hot weather and high humidity
Summary: It is a very good place and great hotel to stay when you are at Naples.

Positive: Luciano (spelling?) the manager is great. Super responsive and attentive. The property and room is very clean, simple, and comfortable. The rooms have the needed amenities and you can have breakfast brought to your room. Plenty of parking and great price. The location is good if you need to be anywhere near Varcaturo. Highly recommended.
Negative: Nothing I didn't like. Only improvements could be zanzariera for the windows or to.have the anti mosquito plugins.
Summary: Highly recommended, great manager, clean.

Guissepe and everyone were great. They really added little touches to make the room charming and the stay comfortable. Plenty of hot water to take a bath in the very large bathtub. If you want a romantic getaway...they provide it in the suite.
The rental car was perfectly safe in the nice parking lot. They even brought special croissants in the morning. Best pistachio croissant I've ever had!
Negative:
The road is tough with the gym nearby. Just drive carefully as some of the people are not attentive.
Has nothing to do with the property...just getting there.
